Bracketron Warranty Policy
1. Limited Warranty Coverage
Bracketron products are backed by a one (1) year limited warranty from the original date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal consumer use.
Bracketron may repair or replace the product with a new or refurbished unit of equal value.
2. Authorized Retailer & Verified Marketplace Policy
Warranty coverage applies only to products purchased new from an authorized and verified seller.
To qualify for warranty service, your product must be sold AND shipped by one of the following:
Authorized Direct & Marketplace Sellers
- Bracketron (direct purchase)
- Amazon — Sold & Shipped by Amazon
- Walmart — Sold & Shipped by Walmart
- Target — Sold & Shipped by Target
- Best Buy — Sold & Shipped by Best Buy
- Premier Online (verified reseller)
- Premier Brands Direct (verified reseller)
Authorized In-Store Retail Partners
Warranty coverage is also valid for purchases made in-store from Bracketron’s authorized retail partners nationwide, including major national retailers, regional electronics stores, wireless carriers, and specialty mobile accessory retailers.
Bracketron maintains a large authorized retail network. A full list is available upon request.
❌ Purchases Not Eligible for Warranty
Warranty cannot be provided for products purchased from:
- Unauthorized marketplace sellers
- Marketplace listings “fulfilled by Amazon/Walmart/etc.” but not sold by an approved seller
- Third-party resellers, liquidation sellers, auction sites
- eBay, Facebook Marketplace, OfferUp, Craigslist, and similar platforms
- Used, open-box, refurbished, or second-hand products
- Private seller transactions
A valid receipt must show the authorized retailer name, purchase date, and product purchased.
Bracketron reserves the right to deny warranty claims that cannot be verified as authorized purchases.
3. What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- Misuse, abuse, or accidental damage
- Improper installation or improper operation
- Exposure to extreme conditions
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Use with incompatible devices or accessories
- Normal wear and tear
- Internal tampering or removal of serial numbers
Any modification or repair performed by an unauthorized party voids the warranty immediately.
4. Defective Product Exchange Policy
If your product is deemed defective within 1 year of purchase, it is eligible for exchange only.
Bracketron does not issue refunds. Refunds must be processed through the original retailer’s return policy.
Products beyond one year from the purchase date are not eligible for exchange.
5. How to Submit a Warranty Request
- Open the Support Widget located in the bottom-right corner of our website.
- Provide your order details, proof of purchase, and a description of the issue.
- Our team will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Form.
- Complete the RMA form fully and ship the product to:

Packages received without a completed RMA form will be returned.
A copy of your receipt must be included inside the package.
6. Shipping Information
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs when sending products to Bracketron.
- Bracketron does not reimburse return shipping fees.
- We recommend using USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground with tracking.
- Replacement products will ship via USPS Priority or UPS Ground at Bracketron’s discretion.
7. Replacement Warranty Period
Any replacement product is covered for the remainder of the original warranty period, or 90 days, whichever is longer.
8. Limitation of Liability
Bracketron is not responsible for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages.
Any implied warranty is limited to the one-year duration unless prohibited by law.
